I made a beam with nova tools and i bought it on my pilot. I fired, but it didn't fire a beam. It's not a secondary. I have all the resource ID's all right, but it doesn't show a beam or anything being fired. Help please

the only other problems i've encounter with beams, are:

1. not setting the beam colour
2. leaving the 'count' on 0
3. and setting the beam length to 0

they may appear to be simple errors, but simple errors are more common than any others.

I have the count on 10, beam length 240, beam width 2, beam color is yellow. I also put 6 zigzag.

That's fine, I just tried it with all of you're attributes, here is some more things...
Check the outf to make sure it refers to the correct weap, make sure the outf is a weapon, make sure the weapon isn't self deleting.

all the id's and stuff is right. How do i figure out if the weapon isn't self-deleting?
