Hi,
I am working on a plugin with a Cloak Detector outfit. I made the outf rescource and told it I wanted it to be a cloak scanner. I then set the mod value to 4 to make it so you could target cloaked ships. I made a wraith pers always appear in Sol to test it out. I bought it and went to sol and I couldn't see or target the cloaked ship. What do I set the mod value to to make it work?

No, I know he is there because the Wraith cloak is visible on radar. If I shoot at his blip on the radar, he decloaks and I can see him. I know, therefore that it is a problem with the outfit.

In my tests, this outfit type does not seem to work.

I have gotten it to partially work. by setting the mod value to 12 I have made it so any cloaked ship will appear on the radar and you can target a cloaked ship. However, I have still been unable to figure out what to set it to so you can see the cloaked ship.

Now does 12 actually reveal on radar or do you already have the ability to see the cloaked ships or radar already (I assume you are using wraith to test)?

I did use the wraith cloak, but to test to see if the new scanner would let it appear on radar, I altered the wraith cloak so that it was invisible to radar. I could still see the cloaked ship on radar, so the scanner must work.
