firstly, you need a copy of STR# ID's 7100 and 7101. Then, scroll to the bottom of the list, and create you own for each. The number of the message you just typed must be included in the Comm/hail quotes, depending which one you edited.
e.g. you make a new quote 'hello' in the STR#7100 resource, index 50 (the number just to the left of the box you wrote in). You would then look at the Përd resource, and where it says COMM QUOTES you would write in the index number of the text you just typed in. If the number is 43, you would type in 43. It is exactly the same for HAIL QUOTES.
