I've been thinking about making a plugin featuring TCTLIDS, but ATMOS did not give us too much to work with to my knowledge. Anyone have any thoughts about what The Creature That Lives In Deep Space would be like?

I know TCTLIDS is related to FATE, I also know it is a big thing that people mine, but I draw a blank about what to do after that...

I think that TCTLIDS referes to the Wraith and Hyperoids.
