    • How to create plugin with only OS X

      My ibook only has MacOS 10.1.3. I was wondering if you can create a plugin without legacy software. Resedit is only for older Macs. Is there anything out there that can help me? Thanks,

      Welcome to the Ambrosia boards, netman95.

      I'm afraid ResEdit is not "only for older Macs" - it's for all Macs, you just have to run it in the Classic environment. There is no Carbon or Cocoa counterpart at this time that is adequate, especially for Escape Velocity scenario development. Hopefully this state of affairs will change in time, but at the moment, ResEdit and NovaTools under Classic are your only viable option.
