Patience, friend. Often people are involved with their own projects (like myself, for example); it can take a while to gather the team you need. And ten is a lot of people. Are you planning a huge TC or a series of smaller efforts?

Yea, I'd be interested if I weren't already involved with four different graphics projects (two are tcs). Besides, I have a life that I might want to dredge up every so often). If you really need the (graphics) help, then email me.
I can also do Nova resources. I haven't done missions in years, so don't ask me to do that, but I am pretty sure that I'm up to snuff on the resources.

"A new system"? What sort of a plugin is this if you need ten people and are only adding one system? 
Seriously though, I recommend you pick about three good people and work with them. Trying to run a project with 10 people will be totally impossible, as most of the people will not pull their weight - trust me, I know from experience.
