I reckon that if someone did a part TC for EVN, you could make it in the future where technology is much more advanced. There would be new governments and stuff, e.g. the Polaris could have defeated the Wraith and extended their space to the Wraith's old space. The probe that you launched at Kontik could have found a new and deadly alien race, and the Feds and Aurorans could join up and fight them together. In those storylines the Polaris could join in and you could then get ships with Fed, Polaris and Auroran tech. Finally, you could beat the alien race and then form a new alliance. You could then wipe out the pirates (etc.) and then they could all go happily to war again.

Why don't you start on that plug yourself, and then ask people to help, rather than offering to help if someone else starts. It's your idea, might as well get started. Trust me. If you want something done the way you want it, you're usually better off doing it yourself. If you can't do it all, then ask people to help you.
