I've been trying to use px2s, m2s, and p2s, but every one of them crashes on startup, typically during the InitMenus call (or some Toolbox call relating to menus). Any ideas?

For what it's worth: Sawtooth G4/400, Mac OS 9.2.2, plenty o' RAM allocated to the programs.

I've just gone back and checked the tools under OS9.2.2 and they work fine, except that p2s finished up with the wrong creator after the FAT Carbon merge. It is fine in OSX, but under OS9 you need to change the creator from 'P2S2' to 'PcSp' (you can do this with ResEdit.

I've updated the archive on mac.com to fix this icon problem, but otherwise they seem to be working just fine. Maybe you have a corrupted system???

OK, the crash seems to be related to the PGPmenu code fragment. Can you reboot with Apple only extensions + quicktime of course. Try the test movie that comes with m2s.

What version of PGP do you have? I may have to duplicate your setup to get it to crash, it is
still running fine here.

I'm running version 7.0.3. It's working fine in OS X, which is a huge relief, but I'd rather not boot between OS's all the time. I'm going to use Conflict Catcher to do a conflict test. Good luck on the bug-hunting, and thanks for your time.
