It took me a week to find a decent server for free... (url="http://"http://www.9cy.com")www.9cy.com(/url) isn't bad. However, it doesn't support external image linking. I don't think that any (that are worth it) have it. Good luck to you in finding a new server.

Actually, they weren't supposed to stop untill 2.28.02, but they announced it way in advance so everyone would know.

Simply place the plugin in the 'EV Plugins' folder in the main game folder, and launch EV/O.
