Geez, it's been forever since I gave you guys an update.

I've finally began work on an official website. Although it still has quite a way to go before completion, I have a few ships and spob objects up for download. The new general website design is based on EVula's Lair, symbolic of our evil schem- I mean, partnership. The newswire is working quite nicely, so check by often to see what's new.

I've made roughly fifteen ships (Rebel and Confederation) for Escape Velocity plugins this last month, and once those are complete, I might be off for another Override project. Don't get your hopes up yet, though.

Skyblade, are either of those textures at your texture depot similar or perhaps identical to the ones you used on the HC ships, by any chance, or did you delete those textures along with the models a while back?

Nice content, but the lime green text is hard on the eyes.
Also, it looks a bit too much like EVula's page. Does EVula require this?

Sure, that sounds good. I first thought the idea was bad (since there are few Infini-D users these days), but they seem to be quite common on the forums. If you'd like to donate a few, that'd be great.

Nope. The texture(s) I used for the Human Confederation ships were much more rough and bumpy in appearance. They were also more weathered. I might, however, still have those textures stashed somewhere. I'll look for them later today and stick them online if my luck holds.

Yeah, but it's better than not being able to read the text at all (as was the problem with my old websites).

Heck, no. EVula was more than happy (as you would think :p) to have my website based on his, but he certainly doesn't require it. Therefore, I can blame any website layout complaints on him (j/k). Refer to David Arthur's post.

On second thought, I'll stick with texture depot.

Once I get enough textures, I'll sort them out according to category (camo, metal plating, rough metal etc.).

I like the target graphics. That's my least favorite thing to do.

I think you need a new color theme. 2 reasons.

1: There are so many sites with green on black, most of them suck (not all!) cause that's what everyone does with their first space site. I liked the old color theme better.

2: Studies have shown that people generally lose interest quickly when it's a light color on black. (For some reason it doesn't apply to the webboards...)

Nothing wrong with green on black... I've been doing that since the beginning (and still have, to some degree or another).

Eh? I've never heard this one... besides, Saber Studios (as well as other sites in the community) isn't one of those sites that people just go to for the hell of it, they go for a purpose, so the possibility of them losing interest is much slimmer.
