EVOlution doesn't actually work.
You can convert an EV plugin to an EVO plugin quite simply by changing the file type. EVO will put in 0s or -1s where the data isn't long enough, although for safety's sake you should open up every resource in ResEdit for ResEdit to do this for you.
Incidentally, this will involve every mission setting bit zero, so if you're using this bit (a bad idea) you would need to manually change every instance of 0 to -1.
Obviously this will not take advantage of EVO's new features, and if your plugin depends on any of the EV resources, you'll have to port them as well.
