Alright, dumb question, but....

Where does EV store the landing graphics? I looked in the PICTs resource in the EV Graphics file, but only see the darkstar landing graphic. Is there some other place...? And what kind of resource should I make my landing graphics?

Its been awhile for me, but I do believe that landing graphics are put in the pics resource just like every other graphic. Use formula calc to figure out exactly what id# it needs to have. The EV landing graphics are in one of the other data files.. I want to say EV Titles, but it has been a while since I was poking in them.

Not that you couldn't figure this out for yourself, but in case you haven't, the size is 333x271 pixels. Don't ask me where Matt came up with that number.

I have it all figured out now. I knew that you had to make a PICT resource of that size and how to plug it in, I just got all confused when EV Graphics didn't have the landing graphics in it... Go figure.

I want to replace some of the general EV landing graphics with a few new ones, so do I just make a PICT that cancels out one of the EV Titles PICTs that I want to replace with the new one? And when I do that, will the new one appear where ever the old one once was?

You got it.
Place a new pict in your plug-in with the same ID# of an existing landing pict and your new pict will replace the original wherever it is used.
