Anyone doing land art. I saw a few websites and most of them are 2 years old and have non active e-mail. So any land art dudes here? willing to help a plugin maker trying for something more then a cheat plugin?

What is your plug-in for? EV, EVO or is it planed for EV:N. Scroll through the recent Gallery pages here. If you like my images, I can send them to you. Captain Skyblade already has them but had a hard time converting them into 8 bit, so probably they are more suitable for EV:N plug-in.

Yeap, I've still never managed to correctly convert your landscape scenes to 8-bit color without losing a bunch of color data. The colors don't even mix correctly after I convert them, so as you've mentioned, I'll probably use them for Nova.

BTW, thanks for donating your landscape scenes.

    • Um... There's a whole community out there doing landscape art on the computer. Mostly Bryce, but there is growing interest in a couple of new applications, including the amazing Mojo World. Try stopping by the Bryce Forum (http://www.delphi.com/bryce/start), for a start.

And...it's been said before but bears repeating...Bryce3D is remarkably easy to get started with, and is so cheap now they sometimes give it away on magazine-cover CD's.

    • Jive offered his services recently, and even though he doesn't specialize in landscapes, you might want to talk to him: (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum9/HTML/002014.html")http://www.AmbrosiaS...TML/002014.html(/url)

    • Cool well I am planning on making my plugin for EVN. I wondering if landart could be animated.. I don't think so since I asked that.. and it seems only ships have anything close to animation scenes. I was looking at Xianu Override - The Illustrated Novel site I was looking at them and e-mailed a few I think also all of them are inactive. Some of their land scenes are very good.
