To jump on the bandwagon I'd just like to offer up my services as a graphic developer. I use the following programs:

Strata 3D (the old, better version)
Photoshop 5.0

I speacialize in outfit graphics, ship graphics, textures, and am kind of good at blast graphics (the actual laser/explosion graphics). I'm also getting better at QT movies.

I'd highly recommend Jive. He was making basic images when he joined the Corsairs months back, and now he's already making awesome outfit images (last time I saw ;)).
