The problem is, a fair portion of the scene will be made in Bryce. Landscape, other...things (not to give away too much about it) will be made in Bryce, and even things that could not have been made in Infini-D, period. Thus, there is no " the model" to have been made in a single program. See the dilemma?

IMHO it would be classified as Bryce work. What's your ruling? I suppose it would help to be able to show you the finished product, but, alas, I'm still working on it...

What about RayDream as a program? Or would I be the only one...dammit, I wish my slow-arse comp could handle Lightwave...then...THEN...sigh...

Well, it can sorta handle LW 6.5...but, where I would consider myself an "advanced" RayDream artist, I'd consider myself a "beginnner" (or shall I say "weenie") Lightwave artist. In other words, I'd enter my lightwave work, but it's too pathetic right now to see the light of day.

Not that it matters much...

More to the point...yeah, howabout a RayDream 5 category? Jus' fo me?

Zombat, since it seems there are very few program overlaps here, is judging going to be in-experience-level or still in-program? Or am I completely mixed up? 1. Ouch. I'm sorry to hear that...nothing too serious happened, I hope.

2. I believe judging within experience categories is better, but you might then want to let people correct their placement if they were going by experience with program, not experience level overall, compared to other programs.

3. Tell me to get my rear off the 'net and back to work.
