When one enters a system and hits "L' which resource is it that puts the name of the SPOB in the right column below the target indicator screen? I have one planet which has a misspelled name and I cannot find how to correct the typo.

I think it's the name of the corresponding spöb ressource, but I'm not sure.

That comes from the spob resource. The name of the planet is what you call it when getting info on the planet.
