Extra Weapons spec:
weapons: 3
outfits: 6 (ammo and launchers)
graphics: 6 outfit graphics for the launchers and ammo, and 3 new spin graphics
sounds: 3 (if anyone wants to help with sounds...)
descriptions: 6 (desc for ammo and launchers)
modifications: edits the UE Fighter (just the weapons), also might edit some mission desc
required mission bits: TBD

Extra Weapons 1.0b1 should be ready some time tomorrow
