    • Interactive Plugs?

I was informed that Tycho and Sebek are already trying this same idea, so if you guys can post and let me know what you're trying, maybe we can exchange ideas. Anyway, it's called Red Coroco, and it involves nations created and maintained by people on the board. Whenever borders or any other conditions would change, a little 50k patch (no prob for even 56k modems) to the plug would be made and the changes would be displayed.

If any players have serious ideas about this, i would greatly appreciate advice.

      absence of it.

    • Tycho and Sebek are working on (url="http://"http://homepage.mac.com/evarena/")this(/url), but that isnt a plug for EVO, it's a new game

Do you know how many people are on the board!? The plug would be gigantic! You'd have to put a cap on the number of people contributing (say, first 10 or so). And the revisions? With all the people, you are not going to have a 50k plug! Think 500k-1Mb, at least. The EV/EV:O engine was not designed for plugs of that magnitude. You'd be far better advised to stick with standard plugs. The idea would be cool, if only it worked. :frown:
