How do you use the EVO templates in resedit? Thanks.

You paste them into your plug.
Using the copy and paste commands in the EDIT menu.
The EDIT menu is at the TOP of your screen, in the menu bar, between the File and View menus. You SELECT it and then DRAG down until you see your option.
Refer to the manual that came with your computer if you don't know how to select or drag.

Try pasting the TMPLs into the ResEdit Preferences File, and they will be work with any file open with resedit. That way you can update just one file (the prefs) when the templates update, rather than having to search and destroy all those millions of old TMPLs in all the huge plugin collections we all have !
