A great mission editor is now available at (url="http://"http://www.sutherland-studios.com.au/family/evo_software.html")http://www.sutherlan...._software.html(/url). It's only in Alpha, but it's very robust and I'm using it.
From your post I'm guessing that what you really want is someone to write missions for you using the new software app you may decide you prefer to do it yourself.
