Well.... which one?

As my title suggests: Which strand line is your favourite storyline and why?

My personal favourite is the Azgadri line because of all the upgrades you can get at the end (a Izgadri with a shield generator is pretty much unbeatable :))

I still don't understand how people can play through the entire string and still completely fail to spell the name of the species they've been working for.

I always preferred the Azdgari string too, it was just the most amusing and varied of the options.

I thought they were all pretty amusing, but, yes, the Azdgari string was the most fun, in my opinion.

The non-Zidagar string.

I mainly call it on the first part of the strings; I've only completed the whole Azdgari one once, the start of the second part tends to elude me. And for the first parts, I'd say Azdgari then Zidagar then Igadzra. But the Plasma Siphon remains the best reward of all :).

The second part is hard to get because you need to be Ultimate fighting rank and a Role Model at Azdgari. (Then just keep checking the bar).
When you've completed all the Strand strings you may realise you've picked the wrong weapon (although maybe you won't).

Oh, no I've completed all of them at least once, I meant I have completed the Azdgari string the least. I was never a fan of fighter ships outside of things like the Crew of One Challenge , and I actually don't like feeling quite so incredibly powerful as the Azzie string can make one feel :). Rather a big phallic banana ship with fireballs .. yeah.

Of course, the Zidagar string had, by far, the best quotable quotes.

i.e. : "It takes but one small breath to blow out a candle. Usually" and "'The Azdgari approach!' 'How many of them?' 'All of them, I think' ' Plagarist!'"

The Voinian string never interested me, but since I'm in the mood for a major invasion this sounds fun.

As for answering the topic question, I enjoyed the Azdgari string because I thought it was the hardest, especially that mission where you escort the Azdaras up along the edge of the crescent through renegade space.

Yeah the Azdgari have a few nice unique missions like that - I always find it surprising that that one in particular tends to take several attempts, for all of how Azdaras are talked up rather a lot :).

I never found that mission hard (well the travelling bit... but actually finding the damn planet to begin with took too long)

UE thread, with the UE Crusier and Pareen Station missions.

I actually tried to make a full compliment of 7 UE Crusiers (one for me, 6 escorts), but I think I had to stop because of money, or because the game wouldn't let me do it. Or maybe I got bored with it? I'll have to check if I still have that pilot.

I disagree (Also you should try catch the cruisers). Izgadri Cruiser with the temp shield generator. Voinian Dreadnought (Had to put that in) Plus the voinian Cruiser is pretty cool with a few upgrades.

And Azdara with A Dospect Plate, both the Azdgari Standard and Experimental Shield Generators, and an experimental UE Cloaking Device is a force to be reckoned with.

Off topic: But the ev override board has 100s of topics and post etc (before clicking on the board it has the stats next to it) yet I can only see 10-20 at the most (same with the EVC board). Just wondering why....

But you can't get the Dreadnought in the game. Otherwise, I agree on the other points.
