    • Need some help starting

      I was just wondering if i could get a bit of advice on how to start out in the EVO tc and how to get to the story lines. Since evulas doesnt have anything about evo i need to ask here. Thank you in advance and oh yeah i realy like it alot of diversity in that game.

      The storylines generally start in straightforward places; the UE and Voinian strings, I believe, should start on any of their worlds given you have the legal status that they'll offer them to you. You can link up with the Miranu by going through a series of missions to establish contact; first you have to find their homeworld Mira (provided you haven't already) and that should get you a foothold in the outside universe...I can't remember how to get the strand missions but you should stumble across them if you play long enough.

      hehe i cant read spreadsheets dont have the proper programs anyway you could port that to a text document? if not can i just get some help on starting the alien races i cant seem to get it

      Sorry it took me a while to respond AstralViper, but I'm at my parents house for the holidays, and they only have a 56k modem (bah!) so I haven't been checking the boards a lot recently. Anyway, assuming you haven't found the answers to your question yet, here is how to get started with the crescent (I tried to convert the spreadsheet, but couldn't get it to work, sorry. I'll try again later).

      I don't know if the ratings/legal status is accurate, because I'm sure I've done some of the missions with less legal status or rating than specified. But I could just be crazy on on something. Hopefully this well help and not be redundant. I'll post the text doc as soon as I can.

      Edit: Oops, I forgot - to be able to do any of these, you have to do the diplomatic mission you get from Mira in the bar.
