can't find it

I am trying to make a half decent plug and I need a program to help with systs and spobs. I would like to use EVO Developers Map. Dont say the EVO addons page because I checked that and it's not there.

Nevermind just found it..

Just to mention it (and to big up pontus) that utility is the most useful thing any EVO editor can own. Trust me on this.
