I thought the ships regenerated if you jumped out, so I went to the edges of the system when my shields ran low. Ill have to try that.
Gus: My memory is so good, I remember that mission too. There is every ship Azdgari and Zidagar have, from Azdaras to Zidaras. I thought SAEs would be by the Zidaras, so I didnt use them. I didnt use Dispersal Rockets either, because they are hard to aim. I didnt use the Plasma Siphon either, because I thought it was only needed in the mission you test it. I used only my turrets... and survived. With damaged armor left.
Cresent: Thanks for the congratulation! The mission name is Eliminate Renegade Fleet. Do you remember better now?
Opalius: Bronev is so heavy that you wont be able to get much SAEs then. After you sell Dispersal Rockets, you only have 90 tons of space.

D-E-O-D-E-R-A-N-T. You know, armpits? Jumping in and out of the system actually worked for me, since I didn't stop to COUNT the renegades, just kept shooting. I am worried about the next mission, which is to jump into Azdgari space and eliminate them all. Should I buy escorts, or even mines? Mines are expensive and use up space. They are effective if you fly backwards, then launch them. Oh, I don't like Disp Rockets. Too slow, not enough damage....I rather enjoy the satisfaction of immediate annihilation.
