Neutron or blaze'll work better for you, I believe. Phase focuses almost solely on wiping out shields, which only one Voinian ship has to any significant extent. Blaze and neutron, on the other hand, do good amounts of damage to both armor and shields.

You did the whole Voinian string in something that was much weaker than a Voinian Frigate? Your only hope being shield-murdering Phase Turrets? How did you kill UE Cruisers, one of the 3 most powerfuls ships in the galaxy in a weak medium warship? I didnt dare to attack them even if I had a Voinian Cruiser with 6 Neutron Turrets, Bronev, Dospect, and all Miranu speed upgrades. I can imagine it to take forever- just how long did it take? A hour?
