I have five computers. Although I do not use them all for internet, but I do use about three computers for internet. Since I joined I have probably used over 10 different IPs.
I would like to contact somebody on AIM, but it appears not many of you are on at the same time as I am. I am usually on from 6:00pm to 10:00pm pacific time.

That's what I meant.
And I might note that I waited around for a while, but kauthor never showed up.

Carnotaur, I think the worlds in between UE and Miranu space have already been colonized in the first EoD. Maybe another location would be best for your race?

Correct. Many of them were sweaped up in the Emalgha epidemic ;);p

And why can't we just say it never happened? It has no real importance, and according to Esponer, barely anyone still remember it. I would also like to note that I will only play as that race and only if they haven't been annexed by the Emalgha or whatever.

Ipvicus has a fully updated map from the end of EoD laying around somewhere. Ask him about that. But, I believe it does have importance, as the number of worlds the Emalgha controlled at the end is an important factor in making them a power, as it gives them added production power. Perhaps I am not understanding your question or statement properly, but that is how I see it. If they have been annexed by the Emalgha, the Emalgha aren't just going to give up a planet that they invested a great deal of time in. That just isn't logical.
Regards,
Solel

It seemed to me that Specops didn't want to have anything to do with the story, or even talk about it. Just be careful when asking, he may get upset.
I may not be able to be in this story. If by next week or so I am not online, then I probably won't be able to participate.

Okay I have several things to say in this post.
I don't know much about your species Carno, but would it be possible for you to use one of the uninhabitable/unlandable planets in between U.E. and Miranu space that isn't colonized? Something about different physical makeup? You could use F-3266 in the DSN-3133 system, or F-985 in the DSN-7903 System.
No offense kauthor, but I don't think you have the experiance to moderate this story. I've spoken to several other people that have expressed an interest in it and they agreed with me. Redchigh has had bunches of experiance moderating stories, and is willing to do so for this one. I have also had experiance moderating in a handful of webstories on the EV board. Would you be willing to step down and let Redchigh and I moderate?

I'm sorry, but I simply do not have the time to play in this story. Y'all will have do make do without me.

Time is just an illusion.

As I have stated before, I will not play as another race, nor will I play on another planet.
And anyway, kauthor said that we'll just assume that the planet was never colonized. If it becomes important, then we can easily say that the Emalgha annexed the planet in DSN-3930 (instead of my planet in DSN-8619). I have my own personal reasons for wanting this specific planet, but there is no real reason why the Emalgha can't have DSN-8619 instead. So just lay it to rest, and act as if the Emalgha never touched DSN-8619, and instead went to DSN-3930, where they built their shipyard, found the psychic people, and whatever.
More information about my race is to come later.
And yes, I would prefer a map. I would also like to have Ipvicus be a mod. I'd rather not be a mod, and Ipvicus seems one of the most experienced guys around.

The only problem is that contact with the aliens on that planet was a major part of Specops' story. Would it be possible for you to write them as having negotiated the withdrawal of the Emalgha from the planet? It isn't logical that the Emalgha would explore all other planets, and leave the most attractive one in the area untouched. It is logical, however, that the Emalgha, having been enslaved themselves, would be willing to pull off of the planet if the natives insisted on it. This way you could play that race, on that planet, and still keep the story intact.
