Without question that would be the Voinian Dreadnought.
With the most overall protection, firepower, and veristility, It is by far the best. Id like to see one of those fancy Azdaras stand to 8 Phase turrets, a trio of rockets, and 10 Voinian intercepters unloading coming at it all at once.

I do. I wasnt talking about turret slots, but amount of primary weapons as standard. The Igazra is the only ship that comes with 5 turrets as standard. Also, ofcourse the Dreadnought is best, but you cant buy it so thats why most people forget it.

Agreed.
Something I never noticed until recently is that the UE cruiser is actually 40 meters shorter than the UE carrier - I had no idea.

It doesn't really matter as they look about the same size, and those specs don't affect your ships.

Indeed, they don't affect your ships performace, but they should appearance-wise. The reason I found out was because I was trying to get the scale size correct for the UE cruiser and carrier for project Ares: Override.
