Now I do hold some respect for the neutron weapons, especially the cannon. Nasty range, good punch, and rather accurate. I'll only take on neutron turrets if I've got plenty of space and turret slots. Otherwise, I'm phase weapons all the way (unless I'm fighting against Voinians).

Azdaras make me feel like one heck of a fighter pilot.

Sticking to single outfits makes a boring game. I prefer going back and forth between armament depending on what I'm doing...

I use to never buy phase cannons / turrets because of their corny sound, so I replaced it with the laser blast from EV.

Some kind of Bug yes. in EVO you can start the starting mission of another race as long as you haven´t finished the first mission of another race.

It´s not very difficult to get this amount of fighters, if you can shoot down a UE-Carrier in a few seconds, simple capture the ammo. That´s why I took UE-Fighters, they take quite a while to launch from the bays.

I think course it´s possible to take over the whole system in one of those fully upgraded, but I would consider it as a waste of time.

It made much more fun in my cruiser, fill the system with fighters until there is no space fo further ships and dominate the system by killing one or two ships, thats the way.

Oh, and congratulations for your year!

As I already said, the crescent fighter is a waste of time.
It takes too long to shoot larger ships.
I´d bore myself to death with a CF.
CFs take too long to regenerate shields.

Azdaras forever! I love them! They can outmanoveur anything, and their armament, shielding
and shield recharge rate are wonderful! Perfect ship!

CFs are I think the only ship that can take 5 phase cannons, so they can take out ships pretty quick. As for sheilds, every fighter pilot knows dospect armour is his/her best friend. A well flown, proporly upgraded CF is a match for any ship.

No, he wasn't. I did a search and found it.

Turns out my CF was actually just 'Falcon'. Red was the one with the Red Falcon.
