I just started playing EVO after a few years of ignoering it (I always thought that EV was better). My question is this: What the heck is up with council station? Do you know what I'm talking about? Is it just supposed to be enigmatic, or are there missions to figure out what the $@*% is going on there? If there are, how do you ge them?

PS: Please don't flame my ignorance. A simple "you idiot" will suffice.

As the game stands, it is merely intended to be enigmatic - there are no missions associated with it. It is just one of the many openings that the game leaves for plugin designers to fill - and a few have, but with that particular mystery, I would say that it is difficult to satisfy a large number of people, as everyone would have their own opinion on what it's all about :).
