      First you need a rather high combat rating - I think Deadly or Ultimate - and then you just go to the bar on Outpost Zachit. That will set you up with termination + escort missions for the Zachit, and, I think based on legal status, you can get the start of the Miranu Gunship missions later from the same bar - they'll ask you to defend New Mira to start with :).
