Poor Azdagari, with their ships having names as unfortunate as the one above.
Although the hilarity of that ship name is worthy of it's own post, that's not the point of this post. I need to find this ship. It's the mission where the Igdarza want me to test out their Plasma Siphon on this ship. Any help would be appreciated.

I had trouble with the very same mission. I believe the Azdgari Warship was in the Racet system, but you have to wait around in the system for five seconds or so before it hypers in.
