      Hi 🙂

      I am interested in paying for a reg code for EVO and I was wondering, is there any way I can purchace it over the phone? You see my mother is the one with the credit card and she's kinda scared of giving that kind of info over the internet unless there is no other way available. So if there is a phone # perhaps you could give it to me.

      If this isn't the best place to post this perhaps you mods could move it or perhaps give me the email address of somebody that might know.

      Anyway thanks in advance...

      Sheesh... no offense, but your mother is rather paranoid. You only need to worry about giving your credit card # out on sites like Amozan.com (check the spelling), or other sites that are a variation in spelling to another site (so that you think you are buying something, but really get scammed). Ambrosia uses a secure server to accept credit cards, and I don't think that they have ever had any problems with credit card # theft.

      Also, what makes you so sure that your phones aren't bugged? Or Ambrosia's phones, for that matter? 😉

      When I've ordered things (though it takes a while longer) I just mail away for them. If you get her to write a check for you that should be plenty safe and I even once just mailed them a 20$ bill. Mailing cash probably isn't the wisest thing, but no one on their staff decided to sneak the bill and go buy lunch; I got my code. That earned them some big brownie points with me.
