Is there a site/file that lists the tech level of outfits and planets and if so where is it?

Also, EV-Edit is a little simpler, and for just looking, it's probably fine. You can get EV-Edit on the (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/games/evo/addons.html")Addons page(/url). I haven't used ResEdit, but I've never mad eplugs. EV-Edit is what I used to try to answer questions quickly. It's pretty simple once you get used to it, but buggy, and should not be employed in making plugs.
