A. I finished two central objectives - the nebulas and the Strand War unbalancing. I worked with the Igadzra. Does the fact that I finished this central objective mean there are no more missions to get from them? Every once in a while I get an escorting mission or hunting down Azdgari Warships, but these are repeating missions, right? Just for money?

B. I'm now working against the Voinians. The last thing I did was pick up a group of rebels from one of the planets they took over (don't remember the name of these people) and now I'm supposedly on a quest to find people who are willing to fight the Voinians. This is after the two big battles against them in Avann and Rimot. I've no idea what to do here... I went to all the places I could think that would be reasonable... Sol, Rimot, Emalghia, etc., but nothing comes up... I doubt it's beyond UE space since the Strands aren't concerned with the Voinians at all...

C. I still haven't done the Paaren Station mission string because I'm stuck, I can't get any deliveries there. Maybe it's just bad luck. But I did the first one and since then haven't gotten anything... I think that's the only thing left for me to do with the UE except what I described in B. Any ideas? I should probably just keep hitting those bars...

Look in the mission computers in UE space, cause thats where I found a couple paaren station missions.

A. If the central objective is complete, the string is over. You're right, the missions you are getting are repeating missions.

B. There are other places than Sol where you could find some help from the UE...

C. They are all in mission computers, until you get the last one at a bar. I tend to check both out of habit, anyway, so I don't have problems with them. Remember that you have to either accept then abort a mission or jump out of the system to get a new set of missions. Taking off and landing gives you the same mission choices you had before.

I looked all over UE Space! Or maybe I didn't..? I don't know. I think I did, but I'll give it another try. Actually now that I think about it... hmm.

A new question: I finished the Zachit mission string and was wondering if there is something similar to do with the Southern Tip Renegades (aside from destroying New-Alcatraz). I realize I'm asking a ton of questions when part of the fun is finding things yourself, but slowly I get the feeling I did everything I can with this pilot (without plug-ins)...

I think that the South Tip renegades don't really have any missions either for or against them other than bounty-hunting missions. The Human renegades do (Captains of Freeport missions), but that's all.

The station is operational, yeah, and my Igazra is now equipped with a layer of Voinian Dospect Armour.

I haven't tried working with the Renegades yet, all my pilots have been with the UE so far. I'll try that when I finish all three Strands. So I guess once I destroy the Voinians I'll start a new pilot and work with the Azdgari, cause I can't find any new mission strings with this one...

Yes, your last central objective is the completion of the UE string.

I don't remember the name, but there is a outpost towards the southwest of UE space and it's commanded by a French guy... the outpost's description says how all his gambles against the Voinian have paid off... something like that... sorry haven't been playing lately - EVO runs like a slide show under Mac OS X classic mode.

I have done the Zidagar String and most of the Azdgari string but for all the days I sat in front of the monitor playing I never could get the Igadzra missions. Where did you go to get these? If you want to get the Zidagar string work along the northern section of the crescent, Outpost Maloch (I think - It's been a while) is the place you want to go. When you start out, it's forbidden, but if you blast enough renegades, they'll let you in.
