      Hi I am new to the whole escape velocity universe, so to speak, and I was wodering if thier is a plug-in that allows you to keep ships instead of having to trade them in. And when you want to come back to them you can. thanks

      I'm not quite sure what you mean by the keeping ships part. If you are capable of it, you can capture other ships and keep your old ship as part of your fleet, although it does lose all of its extras that you put on. It reverts back to a stock ship. The best possible solution for what you are saying is to use a cheat plug-in that makes everything free, outfits included. However, this is looked down upon as it reduces the challange of the game.       Also, to give you a heads-up, make sure to read the (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/guidelines.html")guidelines(/url) and the EVO (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/cgi-bin/ubb/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&number;=53&SUBMIT;=Go")FAQ's(/url) as many questions have been answered there already. Or not, but it is still a good thing to do. Also, never capitalize the "f" in forge. He will rip your head off for it. He does it lower-case in order to honor the dead. Also, EVula likes to have the EV capitalized for a reason that I do not know of.

      No, there isn't. Plug-ins can only change the physical aspect of the universe-ships, planets, systems, missions, that type of thing. They cannot change the game engine.

      And don't talk too much about Karma points - the points on the left hand side of the post. If you head back out to the main section of this board you will see that I learned this the hard way- none taken away, but Karma points are sorta taboo (I made a post aking about them). The best place to look would definitely be the guidelines, although a quick overview of my post will also give you a good idea.
