Well I have a question about the renegades. Is there any way you can join as a reneagade and not be an offender at the renegade systems.

You can do missions for both the Human Renegades and the North Tip Renegades. And given that if I don't tell you someone else will... you have to become an offender or worse in Iothe / Hizdriar respectively, then land and go to the bar. The mission strings are reasonably short, not very rewarding and it's still reasonably easy to get back on their bad side afterwards :frown:.. but it's good to try everything :).

Anyway, your legal status stays N/A with them whatever you do - they have no government - but on the map the systems become 'blue' instead of 'red' and the renegade ships -in the renegade systems- don't attack you, and say humorous things when you talk to them :).

I would like to point out though that if you do the Voinian string that it seems
exclude you from at least the south tip/Human renegade string. I hve tried to
do this and it just will not happen.
