      Basicaly, think of this webboard like a class, and the moderators teachers. Every time a student disobeys, they mark it down in the conduct book (Lowering Karma). Everytime a student does a really good thing, they paise him and give him extra credit (Raising ). If the person keeps doing bad things, they get suspended (ban From boards).

      NOTE:I saw in one topic that it IS possible to become a moderator.... its still around, if you look for it...... I can't exactly incorporate that into school, since students don't become teachers.

      Seriously, mods are picked by andrew, and he places them where he feels necessary.
