      Humm.
First of all, many congrat to Bomb... That's a huge Universe to design, ships are cool and the whole thing is interesting. But there you go: I'm stuck.
Having sided with the Xarnes, I'm on to defend F25 against the K fleet. But no Kytaan ship is to be found.
Looked the different F25 threads, saw John Skaggage had the same problem but with no answer...
I have aborted the mission once, and took it again, I went back and forth Chub and F25...
I am sure I missed something but can't figure it out. F25 is flagged as the destination but nothing happens. And the fleet is not in 76890...
Can anyone help me pass that stage?

      Because it said 'concentrate'.

    • I have the same prob. Checked the Plug in res edit and it looked fine.

    • I am not good enough with Resedit to see if there is something wrong. IMHO there is, because otherwise the fleet would be somewhere to be found. If someone has a way to go around the problem (I do not understand the technicalities behind the term "mission bit", but there may be a way to set it in Resedit so the mission is considered as done and let you get on with the game).
Please be as specific as possible 🙂

    • Some infos...
I didn't get any clue from here, so I started with a new pilot.
This time I found the fleet (I will not say more), but there was another difference:
I was not alone in my expedition. I had an escort (I want a nomination for the understatement of the year award) which I didn't have with my initial pilot.

To Bomb, if you read this:
I haven't finished the game yet ( intercepting in KS 112A) but there is one thing that spoils the fun (a little)
More often than not, when sent on a mission (like message to the Centurians, the latest occurence for me), I do not see the text at the destination. The only thing to tell me the mission is well under way is the flag on the map, which comes back to where I should go next (in this case, Quera). It is only once in Quera that I got the dialog boxes for both stops (Century, then Quera)

Yeah, I apologize for this.. It's a combination of EVO's strange mission text system and my own errors. I did extensive tests into exactly how and when EVO would make the various texts appear, and thought I had the entire system figured out. I guess I didn't, which is unfortunate because if you look through the plug-in there are several places where the unappearing text holds key information.. Still, I've been looking into it recently and I'll let you know if I come up with any kind of fix. Besides that, how have you enjoyed the game? Hated it? Liked it? Neither?

    • Quite clearly, I enjoy it very much.
I haven't finished it yet, I was just sent home (on F 25) for a rest, so the end is still a potential surprise, but I have spend a few very enjoyable hours to get to this point.
The only part where I felt really frustrated was when I had given up my fully upgraded, tremendously fast Marauder for a Kytaany transport, and after an almost impossible mission I was offered a very powerfull but extremely slow ship (I am not more specific, this is not a spoiler). But it took me some time to recreate my ship because the game is done without considering the value of the ship given up (in my case, over 30 million credit) and giving proper compensation (hence, the frustration 🙂 )
Also, I could land on Kytaar with the cloaking device but this had disappeared from my ship, so no more cloaking... the escape took some doing 🙂 🙂 🙂
All in all, Many thanks Bomb
To all those who haven't played it yet : Go ahead. Sure, it's not perfect and you can find many reason to complain about this and that. But you'll have to wipe away a huge grin from your face before the end

    • Hey y'all!

I haven't made it as far as some of you obviously have, but I have just finished wiping out the renegades in Hreeka, went to Munb, and was told to go to the bar... Well, gues what? Munb has no bar! I used EVO Cat to check the missions, and it said the same thing: to go to the bar. Am I supposed to go to another bar somewhere else? Could it be the Zacha aren't gonna tell this human which bar it is?

So far, it's been a pretty good game. Still, some critical info seems to be missing, here and there. I'd hate to have to interrupt the flow of the game to check something out...

      Have a good one, y'all!
