      ok....
      today i tried to download a plug (Reign of the UE 1.1 no music) and a box popped up asking me what user name, password and accout i was gonna use to log on to ftp.ambrosiasw.com. what the hell is this? has anyone else had the same problem? thanx if u can help

      This is a temporary problem caused by the huge amount of traffic flooding ASW's servers because of the release of Pillars of Garendall. It'll probably go awhile longer; PoG is a major game. In the meantime, you'll just have to have patience....people will probably also get this problem when Nova comes out.

      No wander the web boards have been loading so slowly (around thirty second's wait over a cable connection). I also had no idea Pillars of Garendall had been released...

      Yeah, I had that same problem. Until the problem is fixed, go here:

      If you need a plugin...for ev, just substitute ev for evo in the above address.
