I can't help but feel just a tad guilty when I'm running around in my Voinian cruiser outrunning even azdaras with azdgari upgrades and afterburners... Even missles and pods pose no threat.

Because you aren't supposed to be able to do that... Therefore a cheat.
Actually, you are able to get a voinion cruiser and upgrade it, hav'nt you tried? It do be easy, complete the voinon and azdgari misions, get an afterburner (ther almost everywere) and then your of! And no; i have no compuction against busting up pirate fighters.
There fore, it isn't a cheat, so their!

I prefer the challenge of using a slow weapon. The azdara, is however, faster and almost indestructable. (recharge rate)

In conclusion, the meaning that your Azdara is 'invincible' is untrue.
In retrospect, only an amatuer would think that all that speed could protect them indefinately, and only an amatuar would NEED an Azdara too take out some turtle of a voinian. In fact, I no several webourd persanel who could take out the voinian Dreadnout with an un-upgraded Krait! Tough, I do remember someone bragging about taking it out with a shuttle...

Good pilots prefer better ships. Th azdara is protected by its recharge rate. I don't need it, I enjoy it. Good for them, they are good pilots, and that effects me how?
The azdara promotes finesse over brute force, efficiency over over stuffed capital. As does the Zidara, which I also fly. Crescent fighters are like minature azdaras, so we share the same piloting style (sort of).
