I'm looking for good major plug-ins to tide me over until Nova is released. I've already beaten Frozen Heart and Femme Fatale, and I'm not interested in F-25 or Galaxy's Edge. I've heard that the Voinian plug is pretty good, but I don't have many pilots that have worked for the voinians. So what other plugs are good?

I'd suggest UniversalWolf's Complete Incomplete.
Although the missions are not yet complete,the Velasapian Leauge string is pretty good.
And the graphics are free to use,if you ask UW first.
I'd definitely suggest this
Sorry to hear that you're not intrested in F-25. Bomb's recreation was exellent. As for other plugs, I would suggest Seccession and Journey MD.

More help from the well-meaning but occasionally annoying public:
The Fourth Reich is an ok plug,although it seems to end abruptly and is rather like a clone of the FrozenHeart.
Alternatively,you might want to download a graphics program like Mechanisto,or try to find something like Infini-D,and make some graphics.
It can be addictive.
Or try making a plug of your own

The Voinian mission set in EV:O is so stunted that it won't hurt you to create a brand new pilot for the purposes of enjoying ROTV 1 and 2. You'll soon be into new territory. (Make sure Reign 2 appears after Reign in an alphabetic file list of your plugins folder... rename the file if necessary.)

Fourth Reich has too many invinci-ships in it, and is unsatisfying to the seasoned EV:O'er who doesn't use cheat plugs. I hear some good things about the new version of F-25... Perhaps, like me, you were put off by the original, but should now give it a second look.
I can't imagine ever feeling 100% comfortable with EV:O now I've seen some of the features of EV:N, such as asteroid mining, enhanced comms and control of your own fleet, and those lovely lighting effects... Still you know what they say: good things come to those who wait.

Thanx for the info. I've decided to download ROTV: 1 and 2, and maybe F-25 2.0, although I'm one of those people who had a bag experience with F-25 1.0. I don't plan on downloading any graphics or sound enhancers, like Magma, because I like the EVO graphics better anyway. I would try Secession or Journeyman MD, but I have no idea what they are about.

Being completely and utterly incorrect has never stopped me from feeling morally and intellectually superior.
Secession is a plug wherin order is brought to the South Tip,forming a new government called the Central Confederacy.
Journey MF is one I personally don't like:it ranges from defending Independent Huron from Renegades to helping Emalgha to saving one of two races from their own pollution.
That said,it's OK.

but is it any good?
I've heard that there's a bug which causes the primary weapons to fail, one by one, until the game becomes unplayable. I don't believe this was ever patched, as the plug wasn't 100% finished when released. Maybe someone else has experienced (or even fixed) this fault and can tell you more.
While waiting for Nova, have you considered taking another look at original EV? That's what I did when I got tired of EV:O. I'd never played EV through... have you? As both Renegade and Confederate? It's a thought!

You had bag problems with F-25? Well, I don't think I can help you with those... 
Anyway, give 2.0 a look some time if you get the chance.. It's definitely a drastic improvement over the first and (should) make it easier for a wider variety of users to play it easier without the trouble of building a mission specific pilot. That, and the cheesiness is gone as I've matured considerably during the production of the plug over and over again...
