I recently took the time to download ROTUE for my copy of EVO and I'm having some trouble: I'm doing the mission where you have to disable Admiral Kennedy's UE Cruiser, but since his ship's govt reads UE and my reinforcements are UE, when I try to attack Kennedy's ship my reinforcements get pissed and start to attack me! Please help!

Press "space" bar. You'll be amazed how those annoyed reinforcements get off your back when you hold it down long enough. <winks>

Or just get an Arada/Azdara/Crescent Fighter and avoid them. You could do it in any ship other than Voinian types and freighters, but those three are best for it.

sniff why doesn't the d*** plug work on my d*** computer?

When I capture Monglek and Vorik they disapear off the map and after taking Nagoza (which does stay on the map) I have to go to some UE parlament to take college refugees or something to one of the newly taken planets. The planet is always Monglek and I kind a' can't get there! that's as far as i've gotten! it's really annoying because all these other people make it sound fun! P.S. ROUTE is not in any of the mission computers it's just not there! also I downloaded no music version.

Actually, I hired 3 CW escorts and they whooped Admiral Kennedy's (that's his name) ass. Of course, I called them off after he was disabled.

Actually, those are not your reinforcements, those the UE ships under Admiral Kennedy's command. However, it should be noted that there government is not "UE" per se, but actually "Psycho UE." It is, according to the game engine, not connected in any way to the UE except in name. It does, however, consider the Miranu to be an enemy. That way, several thigns are accomplished: 1. Admiral Kennedy and his ships are attacking Miranu ships when you arrive in the system. 2. Attacking Admiral Kennedy will not lower your legal status in UE systems.

(If anybody wants it, in a later version of ROTUE I might change the Psycho UE warships in Zachit ships, called down to defend Mira from Admiral Kennedy. Or maybe not.)
