Since EVO has two major wars going on, vote for best government in UE theatre and best in the Crescent. Also, explain why.

We also have a (url="http://"http://www.AmbrosiaSW.com/webboard/Forum6/HTML/001503.html")current thread(/url) on the EV board discussing this, so come on over and throw your two cents in. We particularly need some new Confed supporters to argue with.

Anyway, my votes here are UE and Azdgari. I like the Azdgari mostly because of the Azdara, I can kick anything but an Igazra's butt in one of those, and it's been over a year since I played EVO. UE also because their fighters rock, and you can buy their cruisers. Their ships are like the Rebels in EV, faster, and possibly more powerful.

Can't wait to see what kind of twists this takes.

Huron and Kayan. Huh? You mean you wanted me to stick to the choices you laid out? Fine, be that way...

Between the UE and the Voinians, I prefer the UE, because the Voinian ships can rarely win a race with an asteroid, the Voinians are evil slavers of multiple races, and Earth is a much better name than "Voina".

As for the strands, my favorite is the Zidagar. I like the Zidara, and as characters the Zidagar make for the best storyline, simply because all their melodrama is so funny, especially if you take the time to think about the things the Zidagar missions talk about actually happening. Oh, and the Igadzra are paranoid and the Azdgari are ruthless raiders, so the choice is clear.

Human renegades are a pretty fun string. And the Voinians are fun to take for a change of pace. BTW, the Zidagar are actually pretty evil, in the time of before and after the pilot steps in they commit planetary genocide on two planets!! I kinda like the Azdgari for their competitive spirit and good fighting techniques.

OK, refresh my memory here, who are the Kayan? Like I said, I haven't played or had the game for like a year. I remember Huron, and we can bring minor govts into this as well, so I suppose they're a legal choice.

The Kayans are another name for those of the South Tip Station, I think. My choices are UE and Azdgari. UE is cooler, faster, and has the moral high ground; the Azdgari have the fastest ships and most aggressive tendencies.

United Earth

Faster ships, moral highground, better ships, less disadvantages, they have the UE
Fighter, they have the UE Cruiser, they are human, they don't make you a "Criminal"
for aborting a defence mission.

Zidagar

Moral highground (except nuking, which the Azdgari deserve), better ships, the colour
purple, Zidaras, nice fast ships with power also, they treat you as friends.

The Igadzra blow up two uninhabited planets, but all in all, they have, I think, the least questionable military tactics of any of the combatants in the Crescent theatre. As for the main Good vs. Evil conflict, I'd have to go with United Earth.

UE cuz they have the UE cruiser and hunter rockets which can't loose their course (except for astoroids).

Best of the South-Western part of the EVO galaxy
UE, generally because they have better spaceships, better names of their hero´s (Admiral MacPherson is better than Borb) and the fact that they are humans..

Worst of the South-Western part of the EVO galaxy
The Pirates, Kraits and Turncoats.. And don´t forget needle missiles.. Are they able to take out a shuttle equipped with a blaze cannon? NO!

Best of the North-Eastern parts of the EVO galaxy
Azdgari, they have the best and fastest fighters and I love the Azdgari warship... You cant get it, but you only have to buy a Crescent Warship and buy some outfits to have a fairly similar ship..

Worst of the North-Eastern parts of the EVO galaxy
Miranu, face it, the missions they give you are so funny you sometimes wonder why you even bought EVO. (I dont count the Zachit´s as Miranu´s).

Because they and the Azdgari are better than everyone else. Hey, I'm not saying that any of the other races are bad, I just like the Voinians and the Azdgari better. Not to mention the fact that if they allied they'd be totally invincible.
