Hey all,

So I was playing the demo for over a year and finally decided to stop tithing to Hector (sorry Hector) and pay the piper. Boy I make so much more money now... anyway...

So I've got this tricked out Crescent Warship that I love dearly (Mummoth Deus is it's name, the pilot's name is Racks Largesse which I think is pretty spiffy too... right out of a pulp novel eh?). It's got everything: you can get your thrusters on, your turning on, your acceleration on, three phase turrets and a blaze turret on (I have no idea how I did this, no obvious cheat, it just let me buy it), your dospect armor on... we fly all over that sh*t.

But there's the problem which you veterans can all forsee: no cargo room. I sold off my missle system (hunter packs the power) because I never really used it that much and then converted back so I had me about 30 spaces of cargo. But in all my retrofitting I know I've lost some space and really want to get it right in my next rig (probably another CW because I love it so much... but maybe one of the Adszlkfjkdlsa Warships if I can figure out how/where to get one... just started Miranu stuff though I've explored much of the Crescent).

So I want to turn my existing rig into an escort but am not sure if this is possible. And also I hope to keep my old ship tricked out. Not the end of the world but it would be nice. I've sort of got this dream of keeping a fleet of CW's with combination turrets (two phase and one Voinion...more if it's legit). Anyway... I was digging back and noticed something about a previous post called Exotic Escorts. I couldn't find it (I'll admit I only looked at the first 15 pages of posts). But if someone could drop the meat of that thread here I'd be psyched....

EV is the best game ever. But EVO is better.

1. Can't buy the Azdgari Warship, only capture.

2. To keep the CW you're flying now as an escort, you must capture a ship. Not buy one.

3. Exotic Escorts was a topic challenging players to get the "dream team" of escorts (the Disco Bison, U.E.S. Incontrovertable, Voinian Dreadnaught prototype, etc.)

4. I don't think the Azdgari Warship has much more in the way of cargo space ethier, you could try getting some cargo expansions or a UE Cruiser (lots of people upgrade to that).

...which was kind of pointless, given that all of those except the Dreadnought are përs ships, so the Disco Bison will become a generic Emalgha Warship, and the U.E.S. Incontrovertible will become a generic UE Destroyer.

As I said, the Azdgari Warship is merely an upgraded Crescent Warship, so it won't be any better.

Incorrect. That only happens if you take it as your own ship.

Just don't get a UE Cruiser. It's way too slow, and i keep on dying to masses of Voinian Heavy Fighters and Kraits.
