I should qualify that I don't usually complete a game by defeating the Guardian and checking out. I simply de-activate one set of plugins and select others. I just had to go to my game folder to check. There are 165 saved games there organized by class, level, plugins activated, etc. I generally throw out about 10 to 20 game files per week after creating some more.

3. What's your favorite thing about PoG in general, plug-ins included? Tough question - I guess the answer is I haven't gotten bored yet.

4.If you've used so called and aptly named "cheat" plug-ins...and or Starks walkthrough...which did you use and why? I generally dislike cheat plugins, but they come in handy when you have to beef up a character for testing purposes. The Walkthrough wasn't written yet when I started so, other than a contribution to it here and there, I haven't had a lot of reason to use it. It is a great reference manual. Maybe someday it will be totally accurate. (hint, hint, Stark )

5.Assuming you have played "many" times...what one thing did you find that surprized or fascinated you most that you hadn't noticed in your first assuming several times you've played??? The number of errors the producers let go - I know this was not the fault of the testers, they submitted the corrections necessary and nobody took the responsibility of seeing that the corrections were made.

I don't know how many will take the time to answer this. It seems like there were a lot more active players six months ago. Maybe some will come back now that there are more plugins to liven the game up. Good luck with your survey. ~RD

PoG w/ Trinity? As frequently as StarCraft (what can I say? I'm addicted)

PoG Standard? Only a couple times, Trinity came out soon after I registered.

PoG w/ Trinity? Many, lets leave it at that

Spells Expander? At least once for every alpha/beta build and a few after it's release.

WoC? Played it during the beta, but strangely haven't gone back to it again yet.

PoG w/ all of the above or some of the above? I generally play with Trinity and SE since they combine to make the game much more interesting.

3. What's your favorite thing about PoG in general, plug-ins included? It's expandable and there are some really imaginative plugin writers here. Other similar games (ie Diablo) keep you on the same course, but this one can be changed extensively.

Well, several cheat plugins sadly ( ) didn't work on PC when I started playing, so I never really used them. Starks walkthrough was kinda useful to learn things I didn't know, eg the Spirit of Nature. I did use one cheat a little bit, I think it was called Ultima. It gave you a godly set of armor and weapon, the sort of thing that could take out a Sea Giant in a hit or two, but I only used it for a bit of fun after I'd already finished the game.

5.Assuming you have played "many" times...what one thing did you find that surprised or fascinated you most that you hadn't noticed in your first assuming several times you've played??? Hmmm, not sure. I can't remember too well about when I started playing, so this is kind of a toughie then.

PoG Standard: Only once, but I saved just before entering the Guardian's chamber and I've played that game over several times.

PoG w/Trinity: Too many.

WoC: Can't say I finished it, because I haven't found the last spell (I have Shock Sphere, Ice blast, and Blazing inferno).

DiD: Once (I went back to my saved game and did it again, though).

Favorite Plug-In?: I like Trinity, SE, and The Mushroom Lady.

Don't use cheats unless I have to.

Favorite Class: Conjurer, but Ranger when I use a little plugin I cooked up call Potions Expander. It just adds a few simple ranger potions, and I don't intend to release it.
