I'm having trouble completing the Kidnapping II mission. The one where you have to rescue someone from a ship travelling to Orion. I realise that Orion is a constellation and have been searching the north-west corner (Rigel to Betelgeuse(sp)). I've searched previous posts hoping to find an answer but no luck. Please help.

I have travelled through eryines and every other star in the orion constellation and have not seen any super fast ship. Is it possible that I have to complete another mission(s) before this one happens. Is there a time limit with this mission? For some reason New Venus shows a red flag for this mission, I can't figure that out.

It is very possible that you missed it because it travels from the top right of the screen I think and just keeps going very, very, very fast, it is nearly impossible without the tachyonic fighter, I suggest you use tractor beams to slow it down and you also need to disable it, I think the mission text when you veiw it while in space I mean not when you accept the mission says something about taking gemstones to a museum
