This might be stupid but......I really have no idea where Anna Balashova(i think) is. I really need to find her cause I want a UE Cruiser really badly. Also, I'm in a Crescent Warship and I need to know which is better, the UE Cruiser or the CW. Thanks!

Gah, this brings back memories.
You don't say what stage you're at. To get the mission in the first place, go to New Taranto with a pretty good CR and having done the UE missions. Then you find out she's been captured by renegades. Think about where renegades are. Try some places. When you've found the one that lets you land without asking for a bribe, that's it.
It is the same every time, but I don't want to give it away too easily.

A CW may be the strongest civ ship, but thats all it is, a civ ship. Military ships tend to be better.
Plus, my UE Cruiser could take out whole crowds of Iggies.

Ankh Starruner took on the Dreadnought in the Krait
Dozens take on the Dreadnought in the UE Fighter (I myself have done that over 10
times, about 4 tries each, and then I usually die from something else)
My Crescent Fighter can take on a fleet of anything except possibly Igazras, and
probably that if I'm careful (never had the opportunity)
I did the Rock missions in my Crescent Fighter, the Pariah missions in my UE Fighter,
the Zidagar, Azdgari and Igadzra missions never in a ship bigger than an Arada,
often in a Crescent Fighter.
I'm not boasting - I'm not overestimating myself. I believe anything said here,
because I believe Ankh Starruner, and that's the most amazing battle ever.
PS: Just so you know, a few blasts of neutron energy can knock a Krait out......

Yes, that's true, but a combined shield/armor total of 20,000 and that recharge rate sounds a whole lot like a cheat (unless the recharge is from the exsp. shield generator).
