Hey! This is a small request from an EV/EVO developer & player. It would be really nice if people emailed the developers if they download a plug-in they like, and rate it on the Addons page. I have about 600 downloads from 2 plugs, but no emails! As developers, we'd love to hear from the players! It's a small favor to ask, given the time we spent on the plugs, and it will only take a few minutes! Your email doesn't even have to be long, just tell us what you thought! I think I speak for all developers in this post. Please heed my advice!!!

You've got a good point there. Just because a plug-in is downloaded doesn't mean the downloader liked it. I haven't released any plugs yet, but I have two in the works, and I think feedback would be very helpful, it might persuade me to release updates addressing the concerns of players.

I concur. People rating the stuff they download gives feedback to the developer. Unfortunatly, it is hard to do, due to the fact that you can't rate it until you have played it, and by that time it has escaped your mind to rate a given plugin.

Ditto... I haven't received a single response from any of the 1644 people who've downloaded (url="http://"http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~dsghosh/evosite/scw.html")SCW(/url), and only a few people have rated it, it seems (otherwise, it wouldn't be so high ;)).
