WHERE DO THE ADZGARI MISSIONS START?!?!?! i went to south tip station like a billion times and nothing happened!!! i have an ultimate combat rating too!

In order to start the missions, you need:
to have opened trade talks between the Miranu & the UEs
a pretty good CR (excellent, I think, but I'm not positive)
to never have worked for another Strand
to have positive legal status with the Azdgari

Since you've been looking in the right place & you have a good CR, my guess would be that you annoyed the Azdgari, either by attacking some of them at some point, or by working for a different Strand. Check the map to see whether all the Azdgari worlds like you. And check to see if the first Strand missions are still open to you by swinging by Pozdag 3 and going to the bar (but don't accept the mission). All the first Strand missions lock at the same time, so if you can be offered one, you can still be offered the others.

Uh... yeah. They pretty much said it all :D.

If the problem was due to not completing the Miranu diplomatic relations, I suggest you do that right away. Most of the game outside of human space will be unplayable until you have completed those missions.

Let me assure you it is certainly possible to run the trading relations mission even if the humans hate u. Just go to mira and accept the mission, land on a voinian border system(Vorik perhaps?) refuel, then jump your way to earth. You will be permitted to land even though your legal status is bad, and with an ultimate combat rating u certainly shouldn't worry about a couple UE fighters and a destroyer or 2 on your tail. Otherwise, if ur still paranoid try going to the Riomor or Yelts renegade systems(I believe Pariah may have this too) and pick up a Fake ID for 1.00M. But don't think that after buying this little trinket that UE ships won't openly fire on you although u will be permitted to land on all UE planets.
