      I was just crusin along in my ue carrier with 11.5m credits and decide to land on earth and see anthing new in the bar. All of a sudden this ue guy tells me i am chared with some penalty and have to go to new callculeta.Then, they took 20 percent of my credits and scooted me of.WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      You were carrying space mines, which are illegal in UE space. In the latest version of the game, you have to pay a fine if you are caught in UE space with them. I don't know what the chances are that you will be caught, but I think it is fairly low.

      Hehe, it's quite a nice touch as a new addition really :). The only time I've got it I was working for the Voinians anyway, so I was only too happy to abort it and have the UE hate me all the more!

      Ever noticed how aborting generally gets people angry with you?

      That really annoys me! I always get lots of money trading my accepting only
      the expensive near ones. And when there isn't one I accept any, abort, and a new
      list is there! Yey!

      Sadly, that was in EVO 1.0.0. In EVO 1.0.2 people get angry at you for it.

      I had the Miranu thinking of me as a criminal, and I made it worse by doing the
      same trick to get to Mira to see if there were any missions that would please them. 🙂

      I worked for the Voinians, too, and aborting one in-declinable defence mission
      resulted in Criminal status.

      So no, I don't like this new space mine thing. 🙂

      I was playing the Smuggler's Run plug and landed on Luna. I was smuggling 20 tons of somebody's stolen goods to Freeport and got busted. I was fined 3 million and forced to do several jobs for the UE as their version of community service, I guess.
